I take a holistic approach to consulting. I like to address challenges and create solutions by walking through your entire process with you, rather than focusing solely on isolated issues. 

My career path has given me an incredible skillset. From starting out in the corporate healthcare world, to sales, HR, recruiting, operations management, and running multiple small businesses of my own. I finally found my passion (and my niche!), supporting clients as they run their own small businesses!

• Running a small business means wearing a lot of hats, and sometimes a fresh perspective on how and why you're doing things can make all of the difference!

• When you're too busy slogging through your daily grind it's easy to lose sight of your goals and the bigger picture. Trust me, I've been there! 

• Communication is the cornerstone of any business foundation. Work on improving it daily. Even if you only have a team of two people (including yourself)! 

• No task is too small! Every detail is important, especially the ones that aren't the most glamorous of duties.

• There will be challenges that come with scaling your business as it grows. Even though leveling up your business is amazing, if you're not prepared for all of that growth, your projects are never going to be completed on time, and you're going to burn yourself out trying to do it all.
